Frequently Asked Questions

What does your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee mean?
If you are not totally satisfied with our service we will refund your money.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, through PayPal. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to use a credit card.

How long does it take to get a report after I purchased it?
Once we have all the necessary data we will need 1 to 3 business days to get a report in the mail.

Can I do everything through the mail?
Yes - if you are not comfortable online commerce you can mail everything to us including a check.

Can't I just call the social security 800 number or go to an office for help?
Yes, but you will not receive any real "advice" from a social security agent. A social security agent may be an expert on Social Security (not always) but they do not have the expertise in personal financial planning to offer an opinion that coordinates the numerous variables that need to be considered for your decision.

What if I don't understand the plan you send me?
We are not just providing a written plan, we are helping you make an informed decision. Our process includes one-on-one review once you have received your plan and had a chance to look it over.

Why do we need to have a conference call once you receive my data?
Since these plans are based on your individual situation, no two plans are the same. We thinks it's important to have a conference call to get to know you a little better, confirm data and even get additional data that may be required based on your answers to the questionnaire. If it does not fit into your schedule we can communicate VIA email.

Do you actually tell me what to do or just educate me on what I need to consider?
BOTH - based on the data you give us, we will tell you the exact age we think you should apply for benefits and the major factors we considered in making the recommendation. This wealth of information should educate you enough to possibly modify the plan if your circumstances change.

Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer to your service?
No - there is no limit, we will pay you $25 for each person you refer to us that buys a plan.

How do I know your data is accurate?
The first thing we do is plug your data into Social Security's own calculator to confirm the numbers on your statement. Once we can duplicate your statement we know the data is correct and we can start estimating future benefits using Social Security's own calculator.

Do you need my social security number?
NO - we do not need your social security number. If you look on page two of your Social Security Statement the first five digits of your Social Security number are not shown, that information is still confidential even when you provide us a copy of you statement.
